3. In shipping my Sport tube to you we agree you will ship it back to me as quickly as possible paying the return shipping with the protective sleeves I sent the model to you with. My reputation stands for itself. I'm not about to ruin my reputation for a few extra dollars.

4. When I'm selling, and your feedback is good, I'll take a check from you.

5. If it's a low-value item, sometimes I'll ship it without waiting for your check to clear. This is on a case-by-case basis.

6. If something turns out to not be right with a deal, I'll do my best to make it right. My item descriptions are accurate and you can ask questions.

7. If you say "I'll take it" that constitutes a deal. If you then disappear without another word, you get free lifetime membership on my ignore list. The list is long, but very distinguished.

One of traditions we have had for several years started by my God parent is the making of Crepes on New Year's. This year is no different. We decided to make the star of the Crepe this year our own Alberta Kim Peaches. I have to thank Bill George for getting me going with this Peach tree variety. I'll never forget how he told me to take the bare root tree and cut off any branches that were higher than knee high when I planted it. I thought he was kidding but he was serious. Steve and Chris George over the years have been very good with guiding me during the selection and growing process of this tree. I doubt a city boy could have ever managed this effort. It is a lot of work we aall take for granted. Going to a grocery store is just to easy!

Making Crepes starts with the filling preparation. In this case the Peaches are placed on low heat with Cinnamon, Sugar, and of course the canned Alberta Kim Peaches. Another part of the filling is to use cream Cheese with diced Pineapple to add another dimension to the flavors. The Food Network does help create a circus in your mouth! After this making the Crepe is a snap using a Crepe maker. It is a thin batter place in a tray that is turned over the hot surface. Once completed the fun begins with the filling and folding of each Crepe. After that it's time to eat! What a way to start a New Year ~ Yum!
