Hi there,

here are some pics of the latest project ... Zlin 526 wingspan 2,80m and length 2,10m main structure out of light ply with some fiberglass around ... quite a nice job ... every part has to be re-worked with the file and checked to be sure it match with the next one ... as you know every assembly has his own chronology ... no assembly manual only pics on dvd ... sometimes almost a headache ... I need an Advil !

hope you enjoy !

the "original" painting of the Spitfire looked to me too dark, I wanted something more "unusual" ... I took the opportunity of a mid-air with a PZ Corsair to do it; it's gonna be a Mediterranean-North Africa painting scheme, prop's spinner will be red, 4 blades prop from another ART-Tech P-51D; more pictures and comment within a few ...

Wednesday GGRN showed up and spent two days, talking about RC stuff, going flying, meeting new friends from Switzerland, sharing some great moments.

A few days before I told CarbonDragon about GGRN's visit and he drove from Geneva to my shop, spending with us a great moment; we had some white wine (Petite Arvine) on the pontoon in a great scenery, very pleasant weather, spending the evening talking and sharing some ideas, skills ...

I really thank you, both Stéphane (carbondragon) and Philippe (GGRN) for the great moment we shared.

on Thursday Philippe and I were invited by a friend of mine to go flying on the GMR Avenches flying field and later for a nice barbecue party at his place.

We just had FUN and a lot of !

Here is my P5M2 Martin Marlin built from GGRN's plan, with modified wing; modification : instead of a "cambered Jedelski like" profil, the wing section is Clark-Y and she flies great !!!

Sorry only pictures !

here around, this week and the next one kids are on fall's vacations.

I am taking part to a programm offering them special activities, some of them are coming in my workshop to be introduced in the hobby and built a "beginner" RC plane designed by a friend of mine, Patrick Alvarez, a very nice french guy living near by Paris.

here are some pictures of the first two teenagers with their "Airgo", one with regular landing gear and another one with floats. next weeks two more kids will do the same !
