My buddy showed up with a glider Saturday to give me. It was in rough shape to say the least. He had covered it, then a few years later decided to paint over the covering
It had about a 1/2 gallon of epoxy all over it, a card-board nose cone, and some paper towels glued to it in place of some of the covering.
I Stripped it down, did some repairs and recovered it. Its almost done now, and it weighs a lot less. Should fly pretty well.
I might make a removeable nose so I can put a motor on it too in case I cant figure out what the heck "lift" is! (this is my first glider). Anyway, here it is.
