Last week i build (3D printed) and painted a little pilot bust. -

And modified the shape of the instruments pannel to match a bit more with the real one. I plan to use some depron or styro to build the "body" of the little pilot. -

The rudder, horizontal stab and all the hinged parts are now stuck to the plane's fuselage and wings.

The fuselage is "under construction", as you can see in the back ground. The wing is very simple and fast to build , fitted with a KFm-2 airfoil. -

She's pretty light : AUW = 280g I reached the glider's limits when the wind gusts increased over the 50Km/h. Unable to move forward, even by pushing on the elevator stick ! (too light) -

i replaced the original foam with a more thick one. (auto adhesive foam used to fill the gap on doors or windows) it improve a lot the confort and help a lot to preserve the darkness in the mask -
