I believe that if you are looking at this blog you may have some interest in a classified ad that I recently posted, but may be a little suspicious of any ad’s posted by a NEW member (Jan 2020) with NO trade rating (ZERO). I can certainly understand being cautious I know I would feel the same way if I were in your shoes. So first off let me assure you this is not any type of a scam, I’m just a devoted son try to comply with his father last wishes. As stated in the text this kit comes from the estate of my father, an avid R/C hobbyist and collector who lived in Portland Oregon. My dad built and flew model air planes from 1937 to 1996 in the Portland, Camas and Hillsborough area and amassed a large collection..
My father passed in 2002 and in his “last will and testament” stated that his collection of RC planes, kits and accessories were not “TOYS” and needed to be treated accordingly. His collection passed to my mother and remained “untouched”, per her wishes, until her passing last year. It is now time to deal with this collection. I know my dad would want the items in his collection to go to builders and flyers of model air planes who have the same passion for this hobby as he did. Therefore, selling these items on eBay just doesn’t seem right.
