This is the complete setup guide for my LED kits for 32" foamies. The instrutions are in the captions of the pictures below.

Specifications:

• 16 SMD LED's: 4x 5050 white, 4x 5050 blue, 2x 3528 white, 2x 3528 blue, 2x 3528 red, 2x 3528 green
• Wiring: twisted 30AWG enameled magnet wire
• Wiring length (from root of wire to farthest LED): each wire to the wingtips about 23", wire to tail about 30"
• Current draw: 0.1amp (this is measured at 5V, so the setup consumes 0.5W of power)
• Weight (these may vary slightly): 4.4g for the "basic" version and 5.1g for the "TX Control" version
• Input power: 5V or 6V from RX

LED placement:

• 2x 5050 white LED's mounted on the top of each wingtip, pointed towards the fuselage
• 2x 5050 blue LED's mounted on the bottom of each wingtip, pointed towards the fuselage
• 1x 3528 red LED mounted on the top and bottom of the left wingtip, pointed away from the fuselage
• 1x 3528 green LED mounted on the top and bottom of the right wingtip, pointed away from the fuselage
• 1x 3528 white LED mounted on the top of each side of the horizontal stab, pointed towards the fuselage/rudder
• 1x 3528 blue LED mounted on the bottom of each side of the horizontal stab, pointed towards the fuselage/rudder

The LED's should be placed so that:
WHITE = TOP
BLUE = BOTTOM
RED = LEFT
GREEN = RIGHT
