This was a quick test I made last year & thought it worth posting here - imho the filter gives better colours & more contrast vs no filter in bright light.

A short automated flight test with Litchi Ground station, which includes camera automation as well, so it was hands off during the entire flight !
No editing - just a clip. This is my first attempt at using Litchi & I'm quite impressed with the features. It's a shame DJI have nobbled their GS (presumably to avoid lawsuits), but there are some good developers out their making the best of the SDK & imho Litchi appears to be the best...

After reading MO's blog on modding the v949/212 to make it lighter, I wondered if there was anymore weight savings to be made - below is the results of my efforts:



v212/222 Main body - and the 808#16 camera attached by 4 screws (holes in the camera case aligned to the v222 skid screw points), and a bit of foam underneath for protection on landing. The camera is powered from the Quad battery.



Here's the complete quad - with P799 props (unfortunately can't get from BG anymore ) and notice I have removed all protection from the prop gears & trimmed the motor holders to the absolute minimum (inc removing motor holders & using wire wraps to hold the motors in place).
