Clear canopy from Parkflyer Plastics
4/1 mix of Tamiya X24 Clear Yellow and X26 Clear Orange, then one VERY thin coat of Tamiya PS Translucent Silver. On the inside obviousl.
Build the yellow up very slowly until its deep and even. It's difficult to spray evenly on a concave surface and hence avoid runs. One run and you'll want to start again The translucent silver needs to be as thin as possible to maintain the most transparency. After masking the outside, use some tape to hold and spred the canopy apart on a surface then from a good distance, spray one, and only one steady and wide spray of silver. Don't be tempted to spray again if you think you missed a bit. Some overspray will have rested and if you remove the masking and place it on the model in sunlight, you'll see the quite scale and suble effect.

Here' another Yak taking off from grass in less than 5m just to show how well it copes. If you dont try, it will take off by itself a few meters later.

This was a maiden with a Freewing Yak130 that a friend filmed. I had no idea if it could cope with grass back then hence the hand launch. Darn thing nearly tore his arm off with that JP fan and HV lipos. Turn up the volume and tell me what you think.
