Measuring Kv of a Brushed motor

Three examples,
Motor 1
0.29 V at 2575 Calculated Kv is 8583
came out of a cordless vacuum 540- size, screams at low voltage
Motor 2
1.73 V at 2575 Calculated Kv is 1488
was in a tug I brought, just an average 550
Motor 3
5.11 at 2575 Calculated Kv is 503
a BIG motor I got for my Kingfisher supposedly 5000 rpm at 12 volt
comes out very close I reckon

I read Glynn Guest's article on simple control for steam engines posted in the forum, and seeing as I had already built the clamshell part I thought about trying it on them, so I grabbed some PCB material and fitted the servos to it and soldered the outer tube to the PCB copper surface. Made up some copper wire servo linkages(will bend if there's a problem), turns out this was a good idea as getting the buckets to sit correctly was a bit of trial and error.
Moving the servos to the centre improved the operating of the system, both servos in line with the centre may be even better.
the system requires a V-tail mixer to work correctly

The second picture is how my rudder is assembled, It needs a third tube to act as the bearing for the assembly.
Another thought
I think that with flexible cables the two servos can be remote mounted anywhere. . The angle of the actuator arms does not seem to matter so could be mounted in a very narrow stern.
