Welp guys im glad to say that my son has beat cancer. He has no more chemo all we have to do now is a ct scan every 3 months. Its like the lord took 300 lbs off my back. This has been the most trying time for me. I never thought this would happen but it did. And it brought me closer the god

Well I have been flying with 1.3ghz with my fatsharks wirelessly. I wanted to add a screen from my wife and kids or who ever else wanted to watch. I found a good screen that will Blue screen but will handle a lot of static. At first I put the screen in the lid of my case and found that I wasn't happy because of the sun glare. So I decide to rebuild my whole box. Here are some pics. Will post more pics as I progress.

I'm setting up a hole new setup on my fpv New plane, 1.3 ground station. I was running the 5.8 200mw system weak

Ok so now I have finally got my fpv stuff off the ground. Which seemed like forever. I got the osd which is a nova with rth. Haven't used the rth yet just using it as an osd which is very helpful especially on landings.

Where would I post a thread to get people locally to come. I have a couple people on board. Just wondering where I could post to vet more traffic.

Found out Tuesday night that my son has a tumor on his left kidney. So I'm backing off this thing for a while to give full attention to him thanks for all yalls support. N I will b back.. not selling anything right now but u never know what may happen. Peace thanks again.

Ok so I wanted to make this log cause I had to do some searching for the right motor n esc. I installed a 28-36 propdrive 2200 kv motor from hobbyking. The esc is a detrum 60 amp from nitro planes. This power plant is awesome. I had a friend help me find this stuff. So I just want to share this with others. The motor mount bolted right up had to buy 2 3mmx 20 for the bolts found at Lowe's. Also added a 6x5 prop which did a lot for plane...

I have tried just about everything rc. Expect boats. I have had cars drove them for 2 years loved racing just didn't have anyone around to race . So I picked up planes traded a car for a ultimate bi plane n a eflite Jenny. Ya those r not starter planes at all. So I sold them n got mini super cub n taught my self to fly. Liked micros had them all they just wasn't enough for me. Been flying for a year now gotten pretty good at it. So I decided to go fpv after buy a cam n watching the flights. Had to sell almost everything I had to get into it. Did a first flight the other day n let me tell you its a whole nother experience. Hard to do without osd n right equipment. But I did it. N its where I belong ill get comfortable here.

Ok so I bought this cub learned on it had a blast decided to go brushless with it did a lot of research. N here r some before n after pics. I used a eflite 10amp brushless esc, a Hurc 2712-17 1700kv motor, 8040 slow flier prop. 2 9g servos. Some plywood for the motor mount. N some krylon plastic paint. I think it looks good. And it flies a lot better. Let me know what u think.

Well finally traded for a phase 3 ef16 jet now got to get the nerve up to fly it. I did a hand launch last Saturday n went 20' n landed it no problems Idk why I'm so nervous I don't have much money in it. Lol
