First a little History!

After careful thought, I have finally decided to KEEP this model after ALL.

I spoke to a member at my club and been briefed on how to apply the Water Based MIN WAX Product over the delicate decals on this model and I have acquired a almost new E-Flite 30-AMP Switch Mode ESC and will soon selling the STOCK 30-AMP that comes with this model in case anyone is interested.

Please, for historical Blogs on this model that I purchased back late December 2012 and right after the Christmas Holiday at one of my local Hobby Store for an outstanding price at $89.95 plus local sales Tax, then, please go to:

I am seriously considering to just sell the replacement model from HOBBY SERVICES (HOBBICO) that I will be receiving on Monday as I have moved on with this particular model, I am sorry to announce.

Just too many bad experiences and the worse "IS" no ESC programming instructions which is a big Pet Peeve in my book!

Certainly, HOBBY SERVICES did their Job in flying colors but, I was out of flying the model I intended to enjoy and yes, it was very nice of them to send me the TACTIC 2.4GHz 4-Channel Transmitter with another TACTIC 6-Channel Receiver, however, it just still stings in the rear.

I would have liked that they would just send me a new airframe instead but, Nooooooo they insisted in me sending the entire freaking model What's worse "IS" they will be throwing away the Model I fixed and in flying condition and they are NOT allowing me to get it back even me offering $$$ for it back and paying shipping costs! Something to do with ESC vendor or something???

Unlike the other Distributors that sell similar products, I have found very inflexible customer service rules and routines. If you follow the discussion thread over in the Park Flyer section, you will read that others did get individual replacement parts instead of shipping the entire model back to HOBBY SERVICES.

This experience has really placed a huge distance between me and Flyzone models in the future.

Thank you for your time and attention.

Like to provide you with some thoughts on one ugly crash I had with my Park Zone Radian back on September 14th, 2012. The reason I am posting this now is because I did not have time to repair my Radian until a few days ago and my findings were a little shocking, at least to me.

Here is my Report as I posted back in September 19th, 2012 at the Radian Thread and you can find the same at:

================================================== ========

Friday (09-14-2012) morning at Moon Port Modelers RC Club was enjoyable and after flying my Park Zone Spitfire Mk IX, I hand launched the Park Zone Radian Powered Glider. I was tooling around close and for some reason, decided to command my Radian up higher and did not realize a strong upper level winds.

Pretty soon I found myself struggling to bring the model back over the field and it got higher very quickly and found it in a worse situation, several hundred feet down range. I was not clear on what it was doing at this point and it just circled and circled as I have a mechanical Left hand Rudder input in case all radio signal gets lost. However, it was still accepting commands from my transmitter when I powered up the motor. Just could not get it back.

Mark S., a nice friend that Lives in Titusville and who ownes an Ultra Light Experimental Aircraft was out of town that day and with luck he was back in town on Sunday (09-16-2012) and performed an...Continue Reading

Happy New Year everyone!

I hope everyone has had a nice Holidays with family and close friends.

Let me state very CAREFULLY that I am very satisfied with the Flyzone Millennium Master as it is a delightful flying model and true park flyer type which I define it as a good model that has the potential to zip along at good flying mild Sport Speeds but, yet have a very nice Slow Speed manners / Flying Characteristics.

It also is truely durable so, when Hobbico says that the material is AeroCell™ foam then, you better believe it as being durable because my model crashed and I was able to repair it without any issues using a regular house-hold hair dryer with one heat setting at 1875 Watts.

To view follow along of my experiences with this model then, please go to:

Failed Maiden Attempt:

Mini-Build Review:

Okay, now that we got that out of the way, I like to provide you all with my findings after a few troubleshooting of what I found with the model and reasons why it crashed during the First Maiden Attempt and subsequent 2nd maiden attempt.

Okay.....latest status on the Test Setup.....I will provide you with written status in the meantime the Video is being uploaded.

I can accurately declare that it "IS NOT" the STOCK provided 3-Cell, 1800mAH, Lithium Polymer Battery that...Continue Reading

Completely my fault. Did not perform the Throttle UP check to see if the propeller would stay on or not!

Anyway, I did an earlier mini-Build review at:

Okay, lets see the results from today's adventures during Maiden attempt.
