Well after a Long,Long,Long Wait,Did I say Long, I was able to get The FMS Corsair from RC Castle. 6 days from Raymond's door to mine. Not bad.
This is the version V1 with the scale elevator that I understand is again available. The plane came with a 600KV motor and while I'm sure it will fly it fine thanks to my good friend Pikestaff a 500KV resides in the Cowl now. Thanks again Buddy!
I love the Corsair's Flaps so it was a must do mod. I did the 3 piece cut but (as usual) kept the tolerance too close so they look like 2 piece.The will wear in instead of out. This is a short video of their operation. When adding Flaps to my Navy Warbirds I always give them their full Deflection. While more back cutting is necessary I just have to have the "Look".
