The idea is to use silicon wire over a 3D printed TPU form to create a flexible clover leaf antenna that can take a few knocks.

First step is to print a PLA form to test if silicon wire is even a viable material to use for an antenna.
Model needs some work in the middle where the wires meet to clear the channels.

New cone seems much better in the middle, servo wire slides into channels nicely after cleaning them out with 1mm copper wire

If silicon wire (being mulit-stranded) does not give a good enough signal, then copper wire can be inserted into the channels instead.
