The wind was up from the South making life difficult.

Thermal activity was dicey.

However, we all got to fly and have a good time!

Do to a lack of cooperation from the wind and mechanical difficulties the thermal contest degenerated into a funfly.
However, as a funfly it was a big success.
Larry served a much appreciated picknick lunch.

The contest was added to take advantage of the nice weather.
Unfortunately the wind came up and blew the thermals through
the field. We still had a good time.

Another good turnout for our precision timed duration event.
This meet was CD'ed by Greg and Dan.
There was good lift despite the low ceiling.
The sun broke out later in the morning.
The wind was light to nil.
Kenny came in first, Ronnie second, followed by I forget and I don't know.
