Bored today I was. Went and bought some bacon and sausage to make a bacon explosion. While at the store found a sall pack of ribs for a good price.

Bacon weaved.... sausage rolled out flat added some bacon chips and cheese on top...then rolled up. .....put on top of bacon weave...then bacon rolled up over sausage.... Bad Byron's Butt Rub between layers...also chili powder on exterior.

Ribs have Bad Byron's Butt Rub and chili powder...

On the grill..indirect heat..charcoal with hickory..

Waiting on Lunch.....

Later will be New York Strip and baked potatoes

What did you have?

I had two salmon fillets in a pan with olive oil. I dusted then with lemon pepper. When they were close to being done I added a can of diced tomatoes with lemon juice.

Here is some picures of some food projects. Here is a leg of lamb when it was started anf finished. This was the first time I smoked a leg of lamb. I rubbed it with some spices(secret rub) and olive oil. Built a charcoal fire on one side of the grill and the lamb on the opposite side. Also put a small pan of water next to the heat. Added hickory chunks on top of the hot charcoal. Kept adding hickory as needed to keep smoke. The finish picture is about 5 or 6 hours later. Then covered pan with tinfoil and left in grill for about 2 more hours while keeping temp of grill up.

Can we say Tender Lamb
