Hello gals and guys!

Came across lucky late November 2013 and acquired this large Hangar9 Corsair .60 size from a gentleman in Orlando, Florida from eBay. I quickly contacted him to send me an invoice without the shipping costs since I was going to pick it up locally and he did and here I am with the start of such Build.

I am going to use the E-Flite Power 60 Brushless Outrunner motor with just 5-Cell, 4,000mAH, 40C, Lithium Polymer setup and swinging the APC "E" 14 X 10 propeller.

First let me start by showing you my most recent Electric Power System measurement values such as Amperes (Current Draw), Watts (Power Draw), and Volts (Under-Load Voltage at the Battery).

Battery Used: Admiral, 4-Cell, 4,000mAH, 40C Discharge, Lithium Polymer!
AXI 4120/18 Brushless motor and the E-Flite 60-AMP Switch Mode ESC.




Steady State Static @ 2:28.49
HALF THROTTLE:
10.25AMPs / 168 Watts / 16.05 Volts

Steady State Static @ 2:37.92 mark it measured:
FULL THROTTLE:
37.78 AMPs / 583 Watts / 15.45 Volts

Okay for Watts per Pound calculations:
583 Watts / 7.3lbs. = 79.86 Watts / lbs.

I have viewed my own Video and found a few to be telling on my success with my Power System Setup as follows:

2:46 - Low Approach with High Speed Pass (right at 3/4 throttle)

3:29 - Cruising at 1/2 Throttle the model was commanded to climb for a Hammer Head and did with strong abilities.

3:50 - Another High Speed Pass at 3/4 Throttle

The only issue was at 4:20 after a nice High Altitude Roll and I was using Rudder to help it with smooth SCALE like Roll and forgot to let go of Rudder and she almost spin downwards!

Hello Good People!

Thinking of getting yourselves a new computer? Looking for a GOOD DEAL?

Well, most of the Good Deals in Windows clothing come with WINDOWS-8 preloaded. Nothing wrong with it just be prepared to get into some uncharted territory as it is totally different look and feel.

I purchased an HP 110-194 Desk Top PC with the following:
- 3rd Generation Intel Core i3-3220T Processor
- 8.0 Giga-Byte DDR3 System Memory
- 1.0 Tera-Byte Hard Drive
- Super Multi DVD Burner
- HP 7-in-one Media Card Reader
- Intel HD Graphics 2000
- NO IT DID NOT COME WITH A Wi-Fi internal PCI Card!

The very first you have to do (Highly Recommended) is to connect the Computer to an active Live and working Internet connection such as a Hard Wired type.

Do NOT try and connect any Wi-Fi USB Adpater!

Why? Because it will crash the computer, over and over again!

The very first thing you need to do "is" allow the computer to Download the UPDATES for WINDOWS-8, period! Then, I would register with Microsoft to allow for access to the STORE and download (FREE), WINDOWS-8.1

It took about a full hour and a half to load everything from taking it out of the box and up to including the creation of the RECOVERY DRIVE and in this OS, it calls for a USB JUMP DRIVE with at least 16-GB. I used a 32-GB for good measure.

Introducing my good friend Mark Shimei of Titusville, Florida, a forced retired Aerospace Worker from Kennedy Space Center and who owns a few Ultra-Lite Experimental Aircraft, including the one depicted in this following Video that I just found amongst my stuff of things to do. Back in 2009, Mark gave me a DVD with at least 6 Video files and I used Windows Movie Marker (from Windows7 Home Premium) and threaded all of them to allow for one continuous Video file and did so, very effectively adding Credits at the end.

Mark is a super guy who always look for our Downed RC Airplane models over Moon Port Modelers RC Club in Titusville, Florida and never ask for anything.

He has also, assisted others and including myself on foot (after he locates it from his seat while flying his Ultra-Lite) and locates the model on the ground. He is an asset and a great person with total devotion to help his fellow person.

I salute Mark Shimei and praying that he continues to have wonderful flying experiences high up.
