I recently had an item that a buyer wanted to buy and we agreed on a price, he paid my PayPal account and PAYPAL had my payment on a hold status for 21 days.....? I have been selling thru PAYPAL for more than 10yrs. and NEVER was my payments held. When i called them to inquire why the Hold thay said its policy...... When I told them I have NEVER had payments on a 21 day hold EVER. She said because I have not sold for several months and I need to re-establish my selling history again....... I told her its insulting..... and I wanted to speak to a supervisor........ she refused to let me speak to a supervisor.......

I will not sell thru PAYPAL anymore unless the buyer wants to do a friends and family gift payment.......... I will not give a penny to PAYPAL anymore ......... I will buy via PAYPAL but if you want to buy ....... its either a local cash sale or a check mailed to me or a paypal friends and family gift payment.

In my OPINION PAYPAL IS HOLDING YOUR PAYMENT FOR 21 DAYS ......THEY ARE LIKE BANKS USING TO MONEY PAY THEIR STOCKHOLDERS TO PAD THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS........

I HAVE ALSO TALKED TO OTHERS THAT ALL OF A SUDDEN HAD THE SAME THING DONE........ AND ALSO PAYMENTS TO A SELLER DISAPPEAR..... MY COUSIN HAD $400 LOST BY PAYPAL AND SHE NEVER GOT PAID.......... BY PAYPAL ,,,,,, SHE HAD TO CONTACT THE BUYER TO GET THE MONEY FROM AND WHEN THE BUYER SENT HER A CHECK ..... PAYPAL....... CHARGED HER THE $400 .....SHE ACTUALLY HAD TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY....... 6MONTHS LATER HER ACCOUNT CHARGE WAS REMOVED AND THEY CLOSED HER ACCOUNT......

PAYPAL IS TO BIG AND WE RELY TO MUCH ON THEM
