I started building another Dumas Blue Fin Submarine. I had one a couple years back and regretted selling it. So I asked myself what I really wanted to build.

I actually have the AKULA also and a few other boats I wouldn't mind constructing.

I have to many aircraft and can't sell them without giving them away, so I will just build up on another fleet.. Naval

maidened a converted ASM p-61 this Sunday at the Manatee Electric fly-in.
powered by 2 Tacon Power46's , swinging 3 bladed 11x8 master airscrews propellers.
Esc are 70a redbricks. separate Bec for rx.
ASM air retracts w struts.
Using ONE(1) AGA POWER 6 cell 5200mah Lipo in the center.
total pull was 2600watts, 110a on the system.

More than enough power.. looked cool in the air. no one was able to get a picture of it though

Directions to the Field
From I 75 north take old exit 285 (Rt. 52) east. Go about 7/10 of a mile and take a right on McKendree Rd. (dirt road)

Go south on McKendree about 2 miles and turn left on to Tyndal Rd. Go about 1/4 mile and the entrance to the field will be on the left.

Or take 54 east to Curley Rd., go north on Curley Rd to Tyndal,

take a left on Tyndal Rd (dirt). The field will be on the right about 2 ½ miles

the sailplane pilots at my local club have a winch, and were concerned about if the foamy KA-8 could handle it. Well it does.. and they they are actually quite surprised by it flying abilities.
