I finaly got my Speedo out for its maiden flight today 11/10/11.
The wind was started weak probably under 8mph under cloudy skys with no thermal. She launched easily and needed no trim,not much lift but felt very comfortable during the short flights I started with.
I put the Speedo away and flew my old GL for a hour or so in the marginal conditions,slinking back and forth on my small hill scratching for lift.
Finally late in the afternoon the wind began to build a bit to a gusty 12 to 15mph so I landed the GL and put the Speedo back up...

Much better, I removed a 1/4 oz of lead from the nose-better yet .
The conditions were fairly rough and she was tossed around but it was a lot of fun,its pretty nimble.

I will check my final cg and add diff. to the ailerons,I also want to add a rudder.
