Howdy people

so yeah.. a brick-based quadcopter that's supposed to actually fly? I would have though it would be to heavy.. Turns out, the power-to-weight ratio indeed IS pretty low
Nevertheless.. it Does fly

And here is what that looks like..

I got me another FPV quad here, and this time it's not a racing quad.. Far from it actually To be completely honnest, the first thing that made me want to order it was the looks of it I really like well designed things in general, and this quad is one of the better looking ones (IMHO)..
Okee.. but it allso does it's FPV-trick over 5.8Ghz and not the dreaded WIFI :P Comes with a screen.. records video in the quad..

Hi there guys

soo last year I did a couple of video's on JLB Racing's Cheetah (the monster truck version) which was quite a nice car IMHO Well put together and very fast This year, they released an upgraded version of that car, and at first I thought 'well yeah.. mostly the same car man!' but I simply couldn't resist, so I ordered me one :$ The Truggy version this time thouhg..

And for the MT one: JLB Cheetah 120A MT version

One majour concern with these Chinese cars however is parts-support offcourse. I guess what it comes down to: if the car is popular, they will have parts support for them, and with the previous model being quite well sold (parts from the previous version Do fit).. all parts are allready available.

Allright.. I'll be shooting several video's on this car.. Let's first see what it looks like

Halloa people

I just came across this new 900 FPV wing from Soicmodell.. It's product name is 'AR Wing' and has a 900mm wingspan. Looking at the pictures the Sky Shadow Reptile 820mm wing comes to mind. This is offcourse Allso a flying wing, and is made out of black foam.. I do think however they are quite different wings..

Link to this new Sonicmodell wing: AR Wing 900mm PNP version
There is allso a kit version: AR Wing 900mm KIT version

I have not ordered this new wing myself yet, but I might.. Offcourse I'd invite everyone (owners & pilots who are interested) to post your thoughts & experiences with the plane in this topic..

Some pictures:

Halloa people

this topic is Not about a newly released plane (at all) for a change.. I pulled an Ancient HK plane out of my hanger, to see if it actually still flies well
On top of it being old, it's actually not even sold by HK anymore.. They DO however now have an EDF version of it..

Link to that EDF version: HobbyKing EDF PushyCat / Flycat kit

So... does it still fly (well) then??
