Hey Guys,

I know I promised my site to be back up on July 15th, but it's been a month since then already and I still haven't had time to finish it all up yet. I just wanted to say that it's about 80% done and I just need another day's work to get it online (when I get a free day that is!), I must apologize for the inconvenience, and I'll make sure you make it up to all you crazy dlg guys =)

Having recently read several of the other forum pals' stories on their blogs, I felt it would be interesting if I can put my own story into writing as well. The talk of USA cottage industries also provoked me to ask myself some questions more seriously about what I want to do with my future.

As a child whose parents both ran restaurants in Hong Kong and later in Canada, I spent more time at one of the restaurants than I spent at home. It allowed me to meet a wide variety of people, and being raised in a somewhat business orientated environment shaped part of how I see things.

The hours and hours spent in the restaurant gets boring as you can imagine, especially for a small child like myself, and so I took to past-times like lego and drawing, which influenced my university study choice. When I was 12 or 13, I met an elderly couple who came to eat every Saturday afternoon. Pretty soon, we were quite friendly and I would sit at their table and we would have conversations every week, and one day, they brought me a small airplane kit. I believe it was called the Arrow, a Guillows free flight kit. I have never done anything like that before, and to my surprise I absolutely loved it. I must have finished it really quickly, and before you know it, we started going to the parks together every Saturday around lunchtime to go flying our little rubber-powered contraptions, and we would eat dinner together at my parents' restaurant afterwards and recount every flight over and over...Continue Reading

I have been working on a DLG project here:

So far, I am quite happy with the wings, and will leave it as it is until I can either myself test it, or if someone else is willing to make some to try themselves. If you are interested, let me know and I'll get you the wing design/data.

It uses Gerald's new Zone V2 airfoils, and is a moulded wing design.

The Mistral 2011 has kicked some butt in the Eurotour in 2010:

- Winning the Eurotour Korne contest in Poland,
- 95.17% score in the Eurotour Pribyslav contest in Czech Republic,
- 98.09% score in the Eurotour Freystadt contest in Germany

And had great success nationally as well:
- Placing 2nd in the 2010 Polish National Championships in Zielona Gora

I'll be building 2 standard (fibreglass) and a carbon version as my primary planes this coming flying season and post a build log in the hand launch section. Some teaser pics

Send me a PM/email if you have any questions

Phew* so after 3~4 weeks of not being able to edit my website, I finally got my laptop back from the manufacturer. Have updated the main page with all the new info, and I'll be getting the actual product pages up later today.

Thanks for understanding!

I've started a build thread for the Minima2 here:

If you would like more information, please PM or email me at [email protected]

My laptop has been overheating so I had to send it back to the manufacturer for repairs 2 weeks ago... I haven't received it back yet so I cannot update my website for the time being with the full-specs and updates (this computer I'm using now is OLDDDDDDD, will not handle DreamWeaver )
Sorry about that!

Hey guys, guess what? I'm redesigning the entire website all over again! Yahoo store editor was very restrictive about how much designing I actually get to do, so I am dumping that and going to another Yahoo web service that actually allows me to design (I'm an Architecture I like design!)
This might cause the site to be down for a day or 2 near the end of this week, please bear with me as I try to improve our website!
