Gear and wood parts are dry fitted before using Gorrilla glue. Note open area that is used for speed control access. Battery floor and straps are not touched. Be careful not to cut the ESC wires. Carefully inspect after cutting the foam and repair. -

Music wire (.046 “) is hooked on to credit card supports for a handle to carry or hang. -

Handle lays flat against fuse for flying. White credit card plastic supports go around the spar and are CA’d to the fuse. Sand/grind away red paint and foam for a better bond with kicker and Locktite Pro CA glue. -

Velcro tabs are screwed and CA’d to foam to keep battery velcro up and out of the way while battery is being loaded. -
