I built a better hot wire cutter using a variable voltage/amperage power supply and I've been playing with it....cut these two 70mm nacelles yesterday for a 48" twin fighter bomber I'm working on.....new fuse and feathers..... wing is salvaged from a failed build....but what I discovered this morning was that clear packing tape adheres better and it shrinks when you hit it with a sealing iron set at ~ 3 - 3 1/2.....

UPDATE: That POS Taft Hobbies 90mm 12 bladed fan (1850 kV motor - 4000 mAh 40C 6S) wouldn't push this thing across a waxed hardwood floor even with Teflon strips glued to the bottom of the skids......4 tries to make this fan useful was 3 tries too many........but it sure sounded great as it sat there on the ground....not moving........at all.......ever.....FUPOS....
