Uploaded a few books now , some as old as 1910 ...
Thats 106 year old modeling books ...
Actually , if you think about it , aero modelling could be thousands of years old .. Free Flight in particular could be the oldest form of aero modelling bar none ...

How old is the boomerang ( ? ) Thats a flying wing of sorts , its free flight of sorts .. ( Just a thought ) But they found a model glider in the tomb of a pharaoh , yeah .....

So far ..

The Model Aeroplane Manual 1944 (?)
The Boys Book of Model Aeroplanes 1910
Model Aeroplanes 1934
Air Age Gas Models
Control line Model Aircraft
Keil Kraft Handbook 1963
Model Airplanes 1934
Model Aeroplanes and Their Engines 1916
Petrol Engined Model Aeroplanes 1937
Petrol Models 1945

Wow !
Its taken for ever , but I thought it time to bind the i10 to one of my 450 helicopters ..

I thought everything went swimmingly until take off .. When the heli decided it had a mind of its own ..
The price for a lack of vigilance was 3 servos stripped ..
The fault lay with me for not triple and quad checking and checking again ... , and the other issue I should have picked up on was that the auxiliary and ail servo needed to be manually reversed at the receiver ( Yeah I missed that ) ..
So rather than spending a glorious winters day going through batteries , I spent the afternoon replacing servos and setting up the 450 all over again ...

Well , my reward for stupidity was a heli that was almost perfectly set up .. All that was needed was a little trim ( forward ) and the 450 hovered sweet ! .. Yeah I had to play with the rotor blade pitch curve but , sweet ...

I really like the i10 transmitter , for some strange reason quads and helicopters fly better with the i10 ( ? ) Go figure ...
At least I got in half a battery as the sun was setting and before it started getting dark .

And yes it has been a while since I have flown a 450 .. These days I just do the WL toys 959 with its larger battery ( almost 10 minutes of flight time ) .. That 959 is also bound to my i10 , and it flies sweet ..

So there you go , remember to check , check and check again , and when you think everything is good , check again ...
Oh well , its been a very long time since I have broken anything on a 450 , so I guess it might have been time to break something .
Still , would have been better to be flying than doing repairs ...

I have another 450 I want to bind to my i10 , I will have to be more careful I think next time around ...
