Just couldn't resist getting another one. Ever since my last one was sold last year...So just for my benefit and others I'll be adding Pictures of building along the way until She's done

Fran

These are pics of my last (3) Spacewalker...cowl off to test run and do final tune on the engine.

Problem was this: the plane was sold even before the engine was turned over

I was asked last year if I would come out of retirement (building scale) to help my friend Eric with his MD 500E heli (fully electric)

So I told him I would. here's what she looks like and how she looked occasionally throughout the build.

Here I am at day of delivery (blue X-Cell shirt is moi)

Eric is the one flying (white hat)

This heli flies as good as she looks. Eric says she flies really scale at about 25mph...Weight added was about 3 to 4 pounds (lead) in nose.
This isn't your MaMa' heli Flies like a dream (nice; not a nightmare)

More pictures of build to come....Continue Reading

Bought kit 6 weeks ago from Balsa USA and completed it 99.9% finished and flew her Saturday the 21st of April 2012.

ASP 80 FS for power and Spektrum DX8 DSMX radio.

Here a cople of pics of the WW I German fighter. Built and flown by me...Fran Crosby Sr.

I'm going to change my engine to an OS .91 FS to give it a little more power.

Here are a couple of pics.

LMK your thoughts of the aircraft, please. If you do not like her or if you do like her...I'd like to know.

Thanks for the read and view.
