About a hundred years ago, I got this Bob Martin SR-7 kit as a birthday present. I must have spent two years building the plane.

Later on, when I was teaching woodworking at Cerritos College, I built the case for the plane as a class project. It was lots of fun showing the students how it was designed and built.

I rarely fly slope planes these days so I traded the SR-7 for a a nice Top Sky DLG and the case for a Bird of Time... or at least most of one.. stay tuned on that one..
