Plenty of foam 'meat' on the stock exhaust allowed for some significant Dremel hacking and reshaping. Looks a lot closer to the subject now. -

Airframe spackle-filled, sanded and sealed with WBPU. Camo colours spray-painted, decals applied. Rivets simulated by pressing a sharpened brass rod into the skin along the panel lines. -
