I often get questions sent directly to me as private messages. More often than not, these questions/answers would be useful to other users browsing/searching through the forums. Please consider asking these questions in one of the public forum threads instead, as not only will it be visible/helpful to others with the same question, but you will be much more likely to get a quicker response as there are many other knowledgeable users that browse the forums while I might not be.
