This was a very challenging build due to the complex curves involved, and I'm highly pleased with the result.
The P3 Revolution is a highly modified Pitts... so much that it doesn't even resemble a Pitts
I started from scratch doing the design in Sketchup, following photos of the real plane and comparing with the original Pitts.
The result was amazing. She is light, highly aerobatic, goes vertically really nice, and slows down nicely for beautiful landings.

Here is the Build Log in case you are interested in more details:

On internet it is very difficult to find how really we can use it..
Every body can buy this ESC ( on EBay for example ) and to be abble to use it we must know theses informations.
The Esc will make a continus beep when you will supply it for the first time.
The Esc module must detect the middle of the servo pulse ( the middle rest position of the throttle stick ) and it needs to use a digital radio control...
This document explains you how to detect the origin of your actual problem.

In this tutorial we take a detailed look at how information flows through OpenTx radios. Specifically we'll examine Inputs, Mixes, and Outputs. Based on comments and questions I see in the other tutorial videos, this is a highly misunderstood dark magic in OpenTx and we're going to shine a light on exactly what is going on.

OpenTx Inputs Mixes and Outputs SIMPLIFIED! - OpenTx Tutorial for Beginners (13 min 24 sec)

Then, it was time to rebuild the transmission. The mane interest was applying a new grease to try to reduce the noise. After at least 15 years, lions finally narrowed down the ideal lubrication for plastic gears to silicone grease. It's not sold in the lubricant sections of any stores. It doesn't show up in any searches for axle grease. It's only in searches for plumbing grease. This is the transparent grease used in plastic toys & plastic servo gears. The key ingredient is Polydimethylsiloxane.

another FPV quad in the DuthcRC studio and I don't review a whole lot of really SMALL quads
This one caught my attention though.. It's got the new Caddx Loris 4K camera that I had not tried before..
And 4S on a quad this small is pretty unusual
Ohw! And I had not tried any Geelang quad at all yet...

I started Scorpion Calc kernel in 2002
Now, in 2020, it is time to present some "insides" like a bonus.
First chapter about the permanent magnets brushless motors (PM-BLDC)
In 1997, I started to participate to "miniature RC solar cars" challenges with small DC brushed motors (Portescap + integrated gear-box)
In 1998, I started a first calculator (under Visual Basic) to find the optimum gear-box ratio, taking into account the resistive torque.
I won (easily) the challenges up to 1999, when suddenly, in 2000 a competitor beated me in max velocity !
I asked him to show me the "under body": he was using a small brushless Astroflight motor (+ gear box) but had some difficulty to start from stop!
After some readings, I decided to try also that solution (BLDC) in direct drive.
Rapidly I found that a low Kv was mandatory and began to wind some small BLDC coming from PC CD-ROM
I was learning about neodyme magnets to replace the ferrite original poles
and about the number of turns acting on the Kv (rpm/V)

Yep Les Amis,
Piloter un Hélicoptère ... TROP FACILE ! LOL ...
