So, Im new to RC in the since that I have just started getting real RC products. Ive always had some kinda of cheap toy here or there from the big chain stores or the like. You all know them and know how disapointing they can be. im at a point now where I can find and buy Real RC. SO.... Ive jumed in feet first, Big time! Ive only been in the sport for about two months and i have a nice collection so far. 3 Helis, 4 planes, 2 cars. This is not to say "hey look at me and all my goods" but to say I have a huge need for parts and a huge appetite for new models.
Having said that, I'll get to the point. My first plane was the HobbyZone Champ. Quite literally " the plane so nice i bought it twice" . This plane is so much fun to fly. I wanted a to move up a bit so i got a Sky Trainer From Banana Hobby.com. It came with a charger that was DOA. ( BTW, Im still waiting on that replacment charger and its been more then a month!) After lots of disapointment and dead ends ( Hobby Lobby is a joke! ) i found Hobby Town U.S.A.

Gave her another shot today at lunch, checked her out real well and did i few run ups. felt confident that i could keep her straight long enough to get her off the ground. so why not? she left my feet and and headed down the runway like an arrow. gave it a little elevator up and she picked up a few feet and BAM!

it happens so fast doesnt it....

when it came up it pulled left,.... maybe i jerked it back right,... maybe in the process i killed to much throttle, maybe i sholdnt have gave it up elevator.

when you dont have a pro watching, you just dont know what happened.

so ill pick up all the pieces and put them in a bag, ill take them home and glue what i can back together. I'll buy replacement parts ( if there even in stock!) for what i cant fix, and I'll pay a ridickulous price for shipping.
So this is my life now. Hum.... Its kinda cool.
