So this is a pike perfection that came to me with a shattered tip.The repair was done several months ago,but some have said I should post some photos of the repair process I use. I've compressed this down because there are 83 photos during this repair but these will show the main process. ** There are many ways to repair hollow molded wings everyone has a preferred method this is just mine. The wing remains hollow, and I get good results without using body fillers or foam internal fillers. and In the end the repair is as close to the original in layup and materials as I can get.***

I bought this X-21 with a blemish from my buddy Screamin' Eagle great guy! and yes he landed it like it still had the whole wing hahaha! Can't wait to get it in the air. I'll post pics when it's finished and flying stay tuned!

This repair was done without filler or cutting in to the skin, and then I added the two tone blue paint to the tips for the customer. Beautiful sailplane!

Me building a Roebers 4mtr. Discus for a customer in 96'.

My 2 mtr. Hollow Franken V3. 2 mtr Blade tail, Super vee 2 mtr. Fuse and Hollow molded wing.
I did the paint by the mesh method in flouro green and deep blue,
it really looks nice in the sunlight.

This is my custom carbon Renegade #7 I bagged with 3/16 tip dihedral and tubed ailerons making this the only Renegade I've seen with actual poly dihedral (very mild) but poly just the same. It also used to be V-tail, but I converted it back feeling it looked and flew best with the stock tails, but it was part of a test bed of experiments when I was 2nd. Owner of CR. Just had to check !

My 1st carbon Renegade,2nd race at Davenport ISR .After someone stepped on my Raider...I had to race this as my backup.hahaha finished 8th. Ok for 60" in open class! Notice the lead taped on top of the wing to get to max allowable ballast. Not exactly legal but they were flexible on the rules so I didn't cry on the 7 hour drive home.
