The basic dolly is a square of pvc pipe with a tee and extension for the nose wheel. Note in this view that you can see the nose axle, the axle shaft, the steering arm (a standard hobby nosewheel arm) and the steering wire. -

The rear axle is 1/8" music wire that runs from side to side through the back pvc pipe. End caps are center drilled and the axle is pressed through. Standard wheel collars are used to hold wheels on. -

Wing cradles are foam glued onto the side pvc pipes. Vertical rods are carbon stops that hit the leading edges of the wings. Rubber from mouse pad used on cradles. -

Head on view showing the dual nose wheels. I believe with twice the road area of a single tire the dual wheels make the dolly go straighter than a single wheel. -

Bottom of nose wheel shows the straight axle silver soldered to the vertical steering shaft. Wrapped with bare copper wire before soldering together. Vertical shaft slips though the pvc pipe extension. -

Bottom radio tray glued to pvc rectangle. 1/8" light ply with a servo, receiver and 4.8v receiver pack. This receiver bound to the transmitter at same time as plane receiver. Servo plugged into the rudder channel of dolly receiver. -
