So I got a used 3DHS Extra 330SC 103" and I am putting it together. I had to sell a bunch of my smaller planes in order to fund this big bird but I have decided I'm sticking with 50CC+ gas planes going forward and only some small electrics.

I am using the following to build this:

1) DA100 (Original DA100, got a killer deal on it)
2) MTW 75 Canisters Front Exit & MTW 70mm Drop Headers
3) Savox 1270TG on all control surfaces.
4) Savox 1267TG for throttle
5) No Limitz 4" Fiberglass Spinner
6) Techo Aero IBEC
7) Spektrum AR12120 PowerSafe RX with 2 3300mah ThunderPower batteries.
8) 32OZ Fortitude Smoke & Gas Tank
9) Sullivan Skywriter Smoke Pump
10) Extreme Flight RC Pilot & Dashboard

I will post pictures of the plane as I go...

So I just received my Seagull Decathlon 120 and decided to make a build log as I have never done one.

This is what I plan on putting on my Decathlon

1) DLE 20CC inverted with Pitts Muffler.
2) Hitec 625MG's for all Control Surfaces
3) Hitec 485HB for Throttle
4) LiFe 6.6v 3200 for RX and Ignition
5) Tech Aero UBEC for Ignition
6) Spektrum AR6210

I just received the airframe today but have to leave town on business, hopefully will start working on it this weekend.

Everything was inspected and it looks great! Bigger than I imagined for some reason.
