Step one: Remove all those darn tires -

Fendering replaced. "D" fenders is a one piece that wraps around entire hull. With a smaller piece doubles at that stern. Meaning two rows of fenders. -

Sitting on the boat ramp ready for another flight. Before this session, the counter on my transmitter said I had roughly 16 hours of flight time on this plane. (I don't reset the counter each time I fly. I like to keep track of the total time.) -
