So this is a blog post...... well, no, but I'll put something here about my RC habbits.

Currently own:

Ansmann Racing Vapor .28 Nitro Buggy
- It's too fragile to recommend to people Costs a fortune to run in parts. Not recommended as a first buggy due to it fragility and the .28 being over powered.
UPDATE Oct2010: Sitting on a shelf with 3 out of 4 wheels worth of suspension in bits.

EFlite Blade CX3 - Customised to be a CX2 with alloy rotor stuff and Jet Ranger body shell.
UPDATE Oct2010: Gammy motor/esc unit caused one rotor to spin down after several minutes in the air. This airframe was scraped and the shell and metal swash (etc.) moved to the model below.

EFlite Blade CX3 - Stock. But... soon to be parts for the above that has a gammy motor or something else that's causing a twitch and the lower motor to spin down in flight.
UPDATE: Oct2010 - Now a CX2 with Jet Ranger Body shell and metal upgrades, see above.

Hobby King HK 450V1 Helicopter w/ HKT6a Tx, Rx, Turnigy 2215H Motor, MG14 Cyclic Servos, GWS Park Tail servo, HK401b Gyro, Turnigy 2200mAh 20C LiPos, TowerPro 40A ESC. This airframe is being decommissioned in the coming weeks due to poor build quality (mine more than HKs).
Update Oct2010 - No better way to decomission a heli than to crash it. Tail servo failed again in flight. This airframe is dead.
