A lot of you know and a lot don't why i have been out of the EDF scene for almost 2 years. So I figured I'd post something for those who want to know and if you don't care don't read any further.

First, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and a few months after that I lost my job of 16 years, since then i have been getting my life in order. My wife has had two surgeries and is now cancer free, and i started doing consulting work which is paying the bills and compared to a lot of you out there I'm very thankful of where things are at with our life.

Since experimenting on larger EDF's was such a huge expense in time and money that hobby went dormant till just recently when i could justify buying some cheap lipos to go flying again and starting the building of my electra.
