Got a little bit of flying in today, and managed to take some pictures before I put everything away.

I did a little recording of some flights. Unfortunately the camera I record to, stops recording if there's any loss of signal, such as when the antennas switch over.

Flight doesn't start until about 26 seconds in.

The altitude on the right is incorrect as you may have guessed. I did another flight after that didn't record, where I managed to zero it out before taking off.

FPV Flight Sodfarm 331 (1 min 19 sec)

I have been playing with this FPV stuff for a while. I decided to post my most recent set up.

I have a FFF 5'+ flying wing.

On it I have a 800mw 900mHz transmitter. I am powering the plane with an Eflite Park 450, on a 3S2200mAh battery.

The ground station is a self built box from 3/4" ply, aluminum angle, and some MDF board. It's covered in some faux leather.

I mount the yagi antenna on the tripod top, the ground station box straps to the tripod with a velcro strap.

I attach a 7" tv screen to the carpet mounted on the side. I am also able to port in the video goggles via the RCA jack board on one end of the ground station.
