This is one of only two de Havilland Mosquito WWII Warbirds or "Mossie" as it is also known in the world that flies. It was one of the highlights of the 2014 Abbotsford International Airshow and I am very happy to have this video footage I took of it tearing up the skies over the border.
It was a great experience to say the least and as good as this video is, it doesn't do justice for this plane. This one is recently restored and one of only two that fly in the world. It is still so new and shiny that is looks just like the Parkzone Mosquito Mk VI version that some of us have flown and others of us have considered purchasing. Part of the reason for the shiny new paint is that its restoration was complete this June, so it is pretty much brand new!
