those to pins have to go into....
these little slots....like...
this. for me when they arent in the slots the body pinches the connectors on the board and pushes them into aileron servo.
side view: increased thickness from 1,3mm to 2 mm
frontview: use the bars from a broken frame and glued them together using CA glue.
doing this prevents the T rods from easily dislodging from the swash connecting rods when placed on the longer swash pins
I glued one of the skids from the broken frame black new skids. I figured reinforcing the joint at the level of the battery tray using a 45degree strut would lead to yet another break below the strut.
If you shimmy out the black plastic battery bucket and replace it in your new frame you can leave the white connector box intact.
It's glued in several places. I used a very old-fashioned Gillette safety razor blade
NE 210 (solo green) with esky nano canopy. Looks cool!
Just need to make two new holes on each side, trim a little of the bottom to accomodate the batt tray and you're done. Right front is the teabag CA fix. Works great
