Pfalz DIIIa -- an Aerodromerc.com kit built by Pat Daily

Yesterday early morning the Pfalz DIIIa on dawn patrol. It was 26 degrees and dead calm--but we Maxecuters are a hardy bunch of neredowells. Hope you enjoy.

Wow Pat!
The Pfalz is superb!! And, by the way, is that George Peppard at the controls? Very nice. Any specs or info for us?
Thanks,
T.B.

Hey Pat,

Just too cool... Awesome pictures! Love your DIIIa.

I've got a paper mock up DIIIa of Max Holtzem's and a Neuport 17 that I'd love to do in Depron (have yet to build a WWI bird) I like the DIIIa better as it appears there's a tad more wing area for the same size. My mock up has a 27" top WS.

Yours is so darn cool and your pictures are also top notch.

I spent yesterday at Skyline drive trying to fly my hang glider at Dickey's Ridge winds were too gusty though.

Looks great as usual. Really need to make up a spinner for my DIIIa. Hopefully we will be able to get together at Mike Dales this year for some formation flying and dawn patrols!!
