So now that were all happy with the system update and I guess that goes for Hitec too.

When can we expect to see the next update that fixes some of the model bugs?

My guess is that Hitec wanted to get the system update out first before tackeling model features... they probably considered it too risky to to both in one release.

Updated the radio to 1.07, 8 Optima 7s and 6 Optima 9s. All good.

I have the alarm going off when I disconnect the battery, however I did not change the default setting in the module. I'll check to see if the alarm is coming from the module versus the radio.

When flying my Hangar 9 Pulse XT-60, running 8S, its great to see the alarm cutting in and out based on throttle management. Towards the end of the flight, the alarm will sound at full throttle, when I back off the throttle the alarm turns off. This is fantastic to know, in realtime, how to manage the life of your batteries towards the end of the flight.

Very happy with Hitec, can't wait for the telemetry.

Hey Guys,

Shawn Spiker and I are going to be on RC Radio live tonight at 8:30EST. We're going to talk about anything and everything Hitec/Multiplex related.

I'm sure at some point one or both of us will say something stupid so have a listen here: http://rcradionetwork.com/

Mike.

Good observation I listened to the broadcast...and I didn't even think about the L-Word coming up.
I guess because when Im flying with the A9 I don't consider ?atency to be a problem.
It appears to me the hosts of the show are impressed with the A9 and have kept a open mind to what Hitec is trying to offer.
Ive been flying my A9 everyday for the last three days and liking it.
There has not been a single instance where I felt anything but connected.

Yeah good job Mike.
I guess I should go by the Hitec web-page once in a while I was not aware you were coming out with some new models.

Mike, what we need is for you to get together with Patrick of Castle Creations and see if there could be a new version of the CC "Ice" esc that could pass through all the information it logs to the Hitec sensor station.

As you know the CC "Ice" is logging:

Voltage, Ripple Voltage, Current, Power, Temperature, RPM, Throttle %, Motor Power out, and Amp hours used.

That would be a world class product for both companies.
