Any idea when the 42" Slick will be available? I'm sure it's been asked, can't seem to find it sorry.

Also, does Ben & 3DHS sell kits at SEFF? If so, hoping it will be available by then.

Thanks!

Yeah thats what we run on the 24oz groove I think me and a friend did the Torque 900 with a 12x6 at around 350 that was so long ago though I cant remember. I was looking at my 28s tonight and read it its last rights as I have a hard time seeing this little thing pulling a 32oz plane around with a 12x6 lol But hey I've never tried it so I cant knock it yet ,know can I ? . Just seems we are going to be pulling it out of its efficiency range and will be wasting energy ?

Thats what I'm thinking, why not just put a slightly bigger motor on it? Even 11x5.5 is on the outer limits, I'm pretty sure the most efficent is the 10x5.

Ben, do you bring inventory to sell at SEFF? Obviously never been there.

Still amazes me you have time to answer question on RCGroups. Thanks!

Ben, how's the Torque 2830 on this plane? I'm guessing 11.5/5?

I'm using that motor on my 40" Edge and it has a LOT of power, should work great on my new 42" Slick.

Credit card ready........( and I haven't even flown my 51" AJ yet!)

Now the 1095 is the motor I was thinking about earlier . I'm seriously thinking about that one instead of the 28s .
Man been a long time since messing with the smaller planes
So Im curious about the performance also .

There is no hope. I have already decided which plane to de-commission for its motor/ESC/servos to put in it, and made up my mind to buy yet another 2.4 RX.
