I'll do my best to keep that from happening.

You guys crack me up with your trash talking and favorite pilot picking.

I look forward to reading reports from the team selection. I wish I could be there to watch the action. I’m definitely envious of you guys that will be competing at it. I think you all will have a fabulous experience.

3 happy senior pilots and 3 happy junior pilots in less than two week’s time will know they have won positions on the US F3K team. That will be an amazing honor. You will think about Sweden hundreds of times a day for the next half a year. It will find ways to creep into your thoughts at just about every possible opportunity. You’ll wake up dreaming about it. You might have to convince your family to let you make the trip or figure out how to bring them along. The 2011 F3K Worlds will be one of your greatest adventures in life. It definitely will be quite the ride.

I wish all the folks competing at the team selection good travels and good flying.

There will be alot more than three happy senior and junior pilots. Competing can be as much fun as winning.

Yeah, I know, that's why I said "Iím definitely envious of you guys that will be competing at it. I think you all will have a fabulous experience" in the the proceding paragraph.....

I was trying to capture what it feels like to be in the top 3 and the best adjective I could come up with at the time was "happy" to describe the 3 pilots. I originally had "lucky" in that sentance but then decided that lucky is not really appropriate since it will take more than luck. It will take hard work already put in, skills, talent, and probably some luck too. So I came up with happy but even as I was posting it I didn't like that word.

So sorry if I unintentionally slighted the folks that won't be in the top 3.

Wow. I don't think I spent that much on my first divorce! Either I was lucky, or that's quite a collection of premium DLGs...

...or both!
