HobbyCity sells this one. What's your price including shipping to the USA?

Nice looking plane. I just added it to my cart to get a shipping quote. Looks like

$67.79 (plane) + 41.74 (shipping) = $109.53

They call it "Ready To Fly" but it looks like it doesn't come with TX, RX, battery & charger. It is a 4 channel plane though.

Yeah, it's more like PNP plus there is an additional discount if you are a "gold" or "platinum" member (I can't disclose price). It's a nice plane and is definitely NOT a copy of the Easy Star despite what some may claim. I want to see some price competition on this one. Here are some videos I found on the net:

AXN Floater-Jet (9 min 54 sec)

AXN Floater-Jet (3 min 16 sec)

That is a good review. I guess the AXNJet comes with motor/ESC/etc....?

I guess I'm to dense to get it! Is this plane being sold by a RC Group member or is this an advertisement for this plane at HobbyCity?

The thread starter appears to be a vendor. I posted the links and video to 1) clarify the nature of the model and 2) encourage competitive pricing among vendors (that's always good for us consumers!).

That's my understanding; it just needs the addition of a RX/TX and a battery pack.

Nope, you are not tooo dense to get it.

What this individual is doing is trying to get someone here in the States to import this particular item. Perhaps he/she has "connections to the manufacturer" and trying hard to drum up business here. This "ad" should have been posted in the Vendor Forum, not here. Look at the date the "seller" joined RCG: January 2009

BTW, it is a good thing it does not include a radio, there is a "similar" version of it sold by Harbor Freight (Wild Hawk) for under $70; it is a good flying machine, but the radio glitches to no end.

EDIT: Should have watched the first video before posting. Good flying machine with alierons to boot. Good deal from Hobby King (Hobby City?).

Hey, Qban, good to hear from ya again. Yeah, it used to be Hobby City, now its Hobby King. Before HC, it was something else. Had the snotty English guy (Australian?) running it. No end of complaints then, but its certainly cleaned up its act now, though its still hard to get an answer from them. They refer you to their customer hobby board and have you post your question there for the other customers to answer it.
