This is an experimental setup by Trim Aircraft.

You now know as much as I do!

I think they are now playing with a 16s setup.

Sweet look'n plane but needs more giddy'up! Fan is screaming but doesn't seem like the plane is going all that fast.

To me it looks nose heavy and this will be a fast combo . The fan sounds nice and there are no gear doors. The video is also bad so we should wait for more flights to come.

regards

New wing? What about the plane?

I happen to know that there are some new things coming from Tony and his Ramtec

Too bad the Spectre kit is not offered by Trim anymore, I inquired them about it last year and they had bad news regarding the Spectre. After outsourcing production to China, the moulds where lost as the chinese partners managed to damage them beyond repair, so that's the end of that kit

I will assume by your interest in the subject, that Tony does not happen to be using a Neu motor in there then

Well lots of people have been asking for a Ramtec conversion and he is listening. There will be some very attractive pricing to convert it and some improvements too. Still waiting for a video of the electrified Sabre to post, but its coming and then he can tell everyone his plans for conversion. But he has conversions for several motor options.

The test flights were on a Neu motor, I will have to look at the mails to see which one, I have an idea he may have moved on, it was a while ago we last spoke.

I hope we see the Ramtech again, just for sentimental reason really, but its going to eat some amps as it will need much more torque than the Dynemax. Thats why it was popular in the UK with the ICDF crowd, with the OS91 you had torque to spare, but not the RPM.

I picked up on your use of the word 'Screaming' and perhaps came to the wrong conclusion
