If the toy companies were smart, they would already be monitoring these forums. If I were the CEO, I would have my engineers on a plane to see EQMOD and see how much a it would cost to have him as our exclusive "consultant / engineer".

Here is my favorite version, and I think a commercial version of yours like it would be killer. I have had these for more than a year and a half now and they have never broken. The frames are awesome. They have main shaft bushings as well that could be replaced with bearings. I think a lighter canopy is in order though.

The white one is the one that used to have two 70mah lipos on it and I was able to get 19 minute flight times out of it. I just replaced the lipos with new 70mah lipos, only one for each now. The white ones main and tail motor needs to be replaced now though as I used it allot and it had to work pretty hard to lift the two lipos compared just one.

Anyway, I just wanted to put this out there and see if other people like the style of this model as well, maybe as a target for development?

Other things that I have "modded" on these is only: Cutting and sharpening the main blades' leading edge for the most efficiency and lift, heating and spreading out the landing gear, cut out the top and bottom of the canopy for weight savings and so air and thrust can flow through, removed the "extra" tail boom supports, and curved and angled the "G" sticker on the tail so it is a "help" to the tail motor by turning some of the main rotors trust into CW rotational force on the tail that is ~proportional the the thrust from the rotor (it helps tail kick on throttle bursts).

Yes, lift and climb rate. I trim off (most of) the leading edge that hangs over. You know what I mean? 1 or 2mm at most. I haven't had to do it in a while but I could do one and post pics later.

ok, here is the final leg of the sub micro 4 channel stunts. The heli is getting over exposed already on youtube . But i did finally add a "body" into to it.



This time its a test of the aileron response, that is flying "sideways" plus a little spot landing at the end;






Sideways through the loop and back;
