Hi Guys,

I forgot to mention that I decided to completely re-do the window dressing in the build room. The old drapes were an ugly brown and boring. Here is a shot of the new treatment. It only took 2 hrs and $80. What a huge difference it makes.

Hi Don,

That poster is of Debra Jo Fonderen. She was Playmate of the year in Playboy magizine in the early 70's. She had long blond hair down to her knees. I voted for her.

Now that is one great looking lady. Love the hair too. I still can't believe I am still flying my Chrysalis 2M. This is the longest lasting glider I have flown since I got into this hobby and it is still flying great. Still don't have the wings covered on my Riser though and have been playing around to much to get any one finished up. I have the Nebula II half built and the Buzzard Bombshell almost finished, but not one of them is finished after a summer of flying and goofing off. I guess I need some bad weather around here so I can get busy on my builds and get one of them done anyway. That wing on the Nebula sure is narrow, but LOOOONNNNGGG. 126" takes up a LOT of room in my shop. All I can say is, it's a good things it's in two pieces.

Sorry it's taking so long to answer, but I can't seem to get e-mails from this site. I have the 100" Riser and have everything finished except for the wing covering. I've just been lazy and have been flying instead of working on my planes. Should have it finished in a couple of weeks if I am lucky and get a few more days of non flying weather here. I have been working on my Nebula, Riser and Buzzard all at the same time and I really need to quite doing that. I picked up that little bad habit while in the service and can't seem to kick it. Every time I get to the wings I start another one and then go back to it later when I feel like working on the wings. I hate wings for some reason. I don't know what it is, because they are not hard to build, but I just don't enjoy building them.

Hi Scottie

I have a brick house that is always on the cool side 2/3rds of the year plus now at 70' i'am on the cool side myself so i wear the quilted ones all the time and been looking for a nice new blue one for a good pic of me with my E bird for the blue group entry thing, last year i was too late so i started looking early this yr and lucked out and i got a maroon one to work in and keep the blue one clean for flying etc.

That is a darn shame your trick wings got knicked up i was looking forward to seeing them.
