Yep, that's Xheli for ya! Worst online retailer on the net! You will likely never get them by phone, and emails take days to weeks!

Xheli has literally hundreds of complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau!

I have done business with Xheli 3-times and been screwed-over each and every time with either broken, or wrong parts sent! 3-strikes and you are out in my book! I take every opportunity to warn people against doing business with those jerks!

Good luck with your order because Xheli will NOT pay for return shipping cost if they send you something wrong, or broken and it IS THEIR fault!!!

Do a serach in all the RC Groups forums for comments about Xheli!

I wouldn't say you are SOL, just that XHELI has no customer service, makes plenty of mistakes, and will NOT be responsible for THEIR errors. That doesn't mean you won't get your order. It is the holiday season and bad weather in many areas so shipments are behind everywhere right now. I wouldn't panic just yet.

I live in a neighboring state to Xheli and shipping to me took over a full week on all three screwed-up orders I received from them!

When we have so many good and responsible retailers out there it is hard to justify doing business with an outfit like Xheli!

Some great retailers are:

1, Heli Direct

2, A-Main Hobbies

3, EboysToyz

I ordered a HBFp (my third) from xheli and had no issues, my understanding is the most common issue with xheli is when you order several items from them, but a single heli kit or so is not usually an issue.

BK, I'm happy you have had no issues with Xheli (so far). Last I knew Tatonka had never had an issue with them either. I wish I had never had anything to complain about with them but that is not my case.

All three orders I made with them were ONE item each order! First order item was broken, second order they sent a completely different item than what I ordered, third item was a cheap TX to run a sim and they sent me a completely different brand TX than what I ordered and said they did so because they were out-of-stock on the one I ordered! Can you believe that?!?! The one they sent wouldn't even support simuator use!

The thing that makes me the most mad about Xheli is even when THEY make the order mistake they flat will NOT pay YOUR return shipping cost! Unless they have changed in recent months that's the way they do business!!!

No offense meant, I just get all worked-up when someone ask about Xheli! Serioulsy, I'm glad you and some of the others I know fairly well have not been through the frustration I have been through with Xheli. I do not wish it on anyone!

I 've done business with probably a couple dozen retailers of RC Heli parts this last year and never had a single problem, or errored order with any except Xheli and they got me three out of three orders!

You can post on their website, www.rcdiscuss.com in the order support forum. I had an issue that they resolved very quickly for me, and think that would be worth a shot.

I really like readyheli.com, top notch.

xheli.com has like 7 different store fronts, one most popular is http://www.raidentech.com/

I have ordered from both of these sites many times and all good.

One times part was one backorder and had them refund my money and did get it back.

Your ok, they could be busy with holidays and all.

I dont , So far Im pretty happy with Xheli after the heli order and parts orders after that . Takes 3-4 days to get here from Cali , but there holiday sales cant be beat and you can get codes for free shipping on top of that . I got my Honey Bee King 2 for $99 shipped over Thanksgiving .

It seems like there are (2) types of people, those who really dislike Xheli and those who like it.

I am sure there are mistakes from them. They appear to have less customer service then others.

I have a single order from them. I ordered it on a Wednesday and it showed up on Thursday, granted it was from the LA area to San Diego.

If you go to RC universe, under the ARF forum, there is an area for help from NITROPLANES. Same company.

Hope you get it all sorted out and get what you are after.

I ordered my HBFP from XHELI on the 27th of December, right before their Christmas sale ended. UPS says it's still in California, and I live in Tennessee. lol, but I understand holidays can be rough on ground travel, so I'm not complaining too much. Estimated arrival time shows Jan 6th...Hope yours comes in!
