HI Fokker U,
If you are having trouble getting the crystal you could always have it cut for you.. they are not as cheap as the HS but still if you what a frequency that is hard to get .. get it made...
I got some done a while back from Bob Young in Sydney at Silvertone Electronics. about $25.00 from memory

Hi all, having a bit of a cleanout

Approx 200 varied RC magazines from the 70's to current (RCME, Radio Modeller, Airborne, Flying Models, Model Airplane News, RCM, etc). Some are missing covers. $50

Bob martin (Dynaflight) Talon slope soarer. Great light wind sloper. See the many threads here on the groups. Block for wing bolt is stripped but have flown it like this for years by just taping the wing on and one of the tailplanes has suffered some hanger rash. Probably just need to slit the covering and wick in some CA. No radio gear. $50

Maratuka !:20 scale F4 phantom kit. 32" wingspan. Wing, built up balsa. Fuse, light ply frame-work which is clad with some ABS plastic mouldings. Have seperated some of the formers from the die cut (crushed) sheets. Intended to build this plane as a sloper but also suitable for an 09 engine. Will include a magazine with a short article on building this model for the slope ( advised increasing the wing incidence) SOLD

Block of high density EPP foam. Think it is 2.2 lb/cubic ft. 800*600*110mm SOLD

Bargain Bin.
Modelflight Taipan 2 foam wing kit. 48" ws. This model is EPS and NOT EPP. No trailing edge stock.
Small own design jet sloper 28" ws. All Epp construction with carbon fibre spars. All flying tailplane. Actually wasn"t a bad sloper in moderate winds. Started to strip the covering but lost interest. Cant find fin.
Own design tucano sloper fuse. Similar dimensions (46" ws) and airfoil to the Slope Scale/CSD kits. Fibreglass fuse (polyester) needs a good sand, hatch is cracked. Wing cores are my seconds and have a few ripples but usable when sheeted with 1/16 balsa.
How about $40 for the above 3 for anyone who's game. SOLD

Hi I am selling my ASP 91 four stroke, comes with the muffler/pipe in picture don't have the original muffler.
not a great deal of use plenty of life left in it , these are not a very powerfull motor, good for scale.
$70 plus post or pick up

Well here is another project I have taken on and then lost interest in.

This jet has the air retracts installed plus two hoffman magnetics mighty mite motors plus two pentium 40A speed controllers.

The jet comes with a spare fuse. The fuse on the jet right now is still in good condition but I have been using it as a test bed for different motor/esc/battery combinations.

I can send more detailed pictures if required but between these and the build thread I don't know what else you want to see.

On the last flight I finally got the speed I was looking for but I puffed a 4000 MAH zippy lipo and as you can see in one of the pics the motor wires melted in the foam. If you buy this jet you need to either install higher gauge wire, run separate wires to each ESC or even better, bring the ESCs up close the battery and extend the motor wires.

There is a spare fuse included which you can use right away or wait until you have the right setup. When you change fuses you will need to carefully remove the nose cone, fins, exhaust cones and the inlets as there not a second set of them.

The underside and the nose cone has some minor grass rub marks but other than that It's good to go.

There is a full set of ordinance that is unused plus the decals have not been touched.

The jet cost me USD 442 for the jet plus USD 74 for the ESCs plus postage which comes to AU612 without postage.

The jet is now cheaper, it's USD 379 which would make the same thing AU538 without postage.

Postage on a kit this size is around USD50 EMS.

I am open to offers or trade.

As well as the parts above, there are two GWS HPX servos in the tail plus the 12 KG servo that comes with the kit for wing sweep plus two HS55 servos (retracts and nose steering). There is a Y lead for the ESCs and extensions on the other servos as well. The only thing you will need is receiver and battery.

There is no way to pack this jet up in the box again, it would have to be pick up from Newcastle. I am prepared to travel a little way to meet you if necessary.

I'll give it a week here and then it's going to eBay.

Any takers?
