Slopers in Dallas area?
I've always been interested in sloping, from what little exposure I've had to it. I currently live near Dallas, Texas (north side) and was wondering if there are any sites near me where I can go watch some actual slopers do their thing.
Is this a pipe dream for my part of the country? Of course, I'd also like to find a place where I can watch a variety of other sail planes too, if possible. The flying club near me doesn't have anything to do with gliders. |
